Anyone who attends IAC 2025 must be registered. For security reasons, no person is allowed onsite without registering. Registrations are not to be shared between staff members. All attendees must be individually registered with their unique name badge.

As an exhibitor, you are entitled to the below based of the confirmed size of your booth/space. Please refer to your confirmation email to confirm the size of your booth/space.

Exhibitor registration #

Two (2) complimentary exhibitor registrations per 9sqm plus one (1) for every additional 9sqm beyond the first (to a maximum of ten (10) badges per booth)

Full conference registrations #

Should you have members of your organisation wishing to attend the full conference, they must register and pay to attend. Full conference individual and group registrations will open in late May and can be made via the IAC 2025 Registration Form.
