Deadlines – GEL Events

International exhibitors:
GEL Events		As soon as possibleYou are encouraged to contact GEL Events as soon as you have confirmed your exhibition booth to ensure you are provided with accurate deadlines for your location.
Domestic exhibitors:
GEL Events		12 September 2025Book your freight and logistic services with GEL Events via the designated online request form.  
Delivery of items to ICC SydneyMust not be delivered before 0730 on 27 September 2025Download the delivery label. If you are using your own transport provider, GEL Events/ICC Sydney is unable to sign for goods on your behalf. Please ensure you make arrangements with your transport provider and ensure you have a representative onsite at the time of delivery. To assist with the scheduling of all deliveries, please use the GEL Events Loading Dock Booking Portal (To be sent to all exhibitors May 2025).

Welcome to the IAC 2025 Exhibition Manual

This manual contains important information from the conference organizers and exhibition service providers.

It has been designed to answer your pre-event and onsite enquiries, provide documentation to claim your exhibitor entitlements before the event and assist you in your role as an exhibitor.

It is your responsibility to share this exhibitor manual with any contractors or stand builders to ensure they comply with the necessary requirements.
