Deliveries and labelling

Deliveries are to be made via the Exhibition Centre Loading Dock which is accessed from Darling Drive.

Loading Dock hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:30pm but we have organised to have our freight and logistics supplier, GEL Events onsite over the weekend to start accepting your goods.

It is the responsibility of all persons accessing the Loading Dock to:

  • Ensure all goods are packaged correctly prior to arrival for safe unloading while on site.
  • Abide by our strict 30-minute drop-off / pick-up time limit for all vehicles.
  • Supply sufficient team members for loading / unloading of transport vehicles in a timely, safe
    and non-disruptive manner.

Ensure the ICC delivery label is cleared affixed to all items that will be delivered.

Important: Deliveries to the venue must take place within the official move in window as outlined in the exhibition hours. Deliveries must not arrive before 0730 on Saturday 27 September. Any delivery received before this time will be turned away.

Welcome to the IAC 2025 Exhibition Manual

This manual contains important information from the conference organizers and exhibition service providers.

It has been designed to answer your pre-event and onsite enquiries, provide documentation to claim your exhibitor entitlements before the event and assist you in your role as an exhibitor.

It is your responsibility to share this exhibitor manual with any contractors or stand builders to ensure they comply with the necessary requirements.
