All rigging at IAC must be carried out exclusively by Harry the Hirer, the official and sole rigging provider for the event. No external rigging contractors will be granted access to install or manage any rigging elements on your stand.

If your stand design includes any overhead elements—such as lighting, banners, trusses, or suspended signage—you must coordinate directly with Harry the Hirer to arrange and schedule your rigging requirements.

We recommend making contact as early as possible to allow sufficient time for planning, risk assessments, and approvals.
