International exhibitors: GEL Event transport and onsite logistics orderingAs soon as possibleYou are encouraged to contact GEL Events as soon as you have confirmed your exhibition booth to ensure you are provided with accurate deadlines for your location.
Domestic exhibitors: GEL Event transport and onsite logistics ordering12 September 2025Book your freight and logistic services with GEL Events via the designated online request form.  
Pick up of materials from ICC SydneyMust be collected on Saturday 4 OctoberTo assist with the scheduling of all deliveries, please use the GEL Events Loading Dock Booking Portal (To be sent to all exhibitors May 2025). Important: There are no exceptions to the deadline for collection. Any items left after this time will be discarded by the venue.

This manual contains important information from the conference organizers and exhibition service providers.

It has been designed to answer your pre-event and onsite enquiries, provide documentation to claim your exhibitor entitlements before the event and assist you in your role as an exhibitor.
