The exhibition closes at 1800 on 03 October 2025. No exhibitor may pack down or dismantle their stands prior to this time. Pack down and dismantling is to take place strictly between 1800 and 2000.

Custom stand dismantle: 2000 – 2359
IMPORTANT: It is a requirement of all custom stand builders to ensure the exhibition space is left spotless by Saturday 4 October 1300. Any items left on your exhibition space will be removed by the organisers at the cost of the exhibiting company. It is the responsibility of the exhibiting company to ensure their custom stand builder removes all materials from the ICC Sydney during the Bump Out period.
