Exhibitors are encouraged to proactively participate and support our commitment by following the below best practice recommendations:
- Only offer useful sustainable and recyclable promotional products which can be reused or recycled.
- Use digital options for promotional materials such as USB sticks, QR Codes, URLs or advertising/digital brochures in the conference app.
- Design and build your stand with materials or elements which can be reused, hired or donated.
