Please make sure you collect your registration items from the registration desk when you arrive onsite, before accessing the exhibition space.

You may be asked for ID to collect your registration materials. Registrations will be available at the delegate registration desk under the name of the individual.

Saturday 27 September 2025: 13:00 – 18:00
Sunday 28 September 2025: 08:00 – 18:00
Monday 29 September 2025: 07:00 – 18:00
Tuesday 30 September 2025: 08:00 – 17:00
Wednesday 01 October 2025: 08:00 – 17:00
Thursday 02 October 2025: 08:00 – 17:00
Friday 03 October 2025: 08:00 – 13:00

Welcome to the IAC 2025 Exhibition Manual

This manual contains important information from the conference organizers and exhibition service providers.
