Waste Removal Policy for Stand Builders

All Stand Builders are responsible for the complete removal of materials from ICC Sydney during both move-in and move-out periods. This includes, but is not limited to: pallets, crates, wrapping, boxes, containers, merchandise, flyers, and general waste.

We strongly encourage the safe and responsible recycling of materials wherever possible.

  • Any items left behind at the end of the event will incur a disposal fee, as applied by ICC Sydney.
  • To secure a reduced disposal rate, please email an estimated waste volume (including weight and item types) to sponex@iac2025.org. A quote will then be provided.
  • Invoices for pre-arranged waste disposal must be paid by 1 September.

Credit Card Requirement:

  • All Exhibitors must submit a valid credit card by 1 September to cover any excess waste or non-compliance.
  • Any waste left on-site will be removed and charged at premium rates without notice.

It is the responsibility of all Exhibitors to inform and brief their Stand Builder on these waste removal requirements.

Please note: Stand Builders will not be granted access to the exhibition floor or permitted to begin construction without a valid credit card on file.
