Contractor Information

All contractors and sub-contractors who will be onsite during the move in/move out period must complete an induction prior to the event move in. Induction information is to be requested from inductions@iccsydney.com 

Please familiarise yourself with the below documents provided by the ICC.  

Contractor Access   #

Contractor access will be available via lift 12 and/or lift 6 for move in as a contractor entry point highlighted in yellow below.

Friday 26 September 07:00 22:00Exhibition build (Harry the Hirer only). Floor mapping and rigging installation. 
 From 14:00 18:00 Rigging build access 
Note: If you have rigged items, you must book a loading dock time with GEL. Only two team members may access the hall to assemble banners and rigged items once they are onsite. 
Custom stand builds cannot begin at this stage. 
Saturday 27 September 07:00 16:00 Custom stand builder access (space-only exhibitors). Please contact our team if you require additional build time.  
Sunday 28 September 07:00 16:00 Custom stand builder access continues (space-only exhibitors). 
 08:00 18:00 Registration open 
 16:00 20:00 Exhibitor access (exhibitors with name badges only
Tuesday 30 September – Thursday 2 October 07:00 18:00 Exhibitor access only (name badges required). No contractor access permitted. 
 09:00 18:00 Exhibition open 
Friday 3 October 07:00 09:00 Exhibitor early access 
 09:00 17:00 Exhibition open 
 18:00 20:00 Exhibitor bump out (small items only: brochures, signage, equipment).  No structural dismantling allowed. 
 20:00 23:59 Custom stand builder dismantle begins 
Saturday 4 October 07:00 13:00 Final dismantling of custom stands and Harry the Hirer structures
